Fermentation Club

The Fermentation Club is for both undergraduates and graduates majoring in Food Science and related fields. The club is a place where people come together to try and make different fermented foods and also learn about the science behind the process. Whether it’s hot sauce, kombucha, or other living foods, there’s a lot to explore!

The Fermentation Club meets monthly, offering an exciting learning environment to collaborate and experiment with other students. There’s lots of room to get creative and try new things with every club meeting!

Fermentation Club is a great way to meet other students in the program as well as to explore a facet of food product development.
