Margaret Nicholson Schafer Graduate Fellowship in Food Science

The Margaret Nicholson Schafer Graduate Fellowship is intended for graduate students enrolled in a research-based program in food science. Funds can be used for tuition and fees, subsistence, research expenses, and other related costs including travel to professional conferences related to their research project.

Preference will be given to a student working on projects related to nutrition and functional foods with the goal of developing healthy and sustainable foods.

Don and Carolyn Lee Education Fund

The Don and Carolyn Lee Education Fund is intended for graduate and undergraduate students in the School of Food Science, with graduate students getting first preference. Funds can be used for research supplies, training, travel to professional conferences, and other expenses in support of graduate student research.
