We conduct in-person testing at the School of Food Science (FSHN Building, Room 146).  We also conduct home-use tests in which you evaluate the samples at home.  For these tests, you decide whether you want to pick up the samples at our facility or have the samples dropped off at your home.  But either way, you perform these evaluations in your own home.

For each sensory panel, we will specify:

• Food or beverage, including the allergens contained
• Screening criteria
• Time commitment (i.e. 15-20 min for a consumer panel or longer involvement for a trained panel)
• Incentive for participation

The WSU Sensory Science Center is located inside the Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) Building in room 148

Parking lots surrounding our building are monitored Monday – Friday during the hours of 8am and 5pm. There is temporary parking options located near Ferdinand’s Ice Cream that can be purchased through the Park AMP app.

For parking on weekends or after 5pm, parking is free and available in the Green 5 and Green 1 lots located on the north and south sides of our buildings.
