Sensory panels take place at the WSU Food Science and Human Nutrition Building (Room 148).
For each sensory panel, we will specify:
- Food or beverage, including the allergens contained
- Screening criteria
- Time commitment (i.e. 15-20 min for a consumer panel or longer involvement for a trained panel)
- Incentive for participation
