If you are interested in receiving e-mail notices about future sensory evaluation panels held in the WSU Food Science and Human Nutrition sensory evaluation facility, please join our listserv!

We have conducted panels on many different foods and beverages in the past, including potatoes, strawberries, cherries, trout, apples, coffee, grape juice, caviar, baked goods, mixed drinks and wine.

 

For each panel, we will specify the type of commitment involved with that panel, whether it is a tasting that will take 15 minutes or a trained panel involving a commitment to several training sessions.
