Creamery Expansion for Whey Processing to Begin Fall 2015

Expansion of the existing WSU Creamery to add whey processing facilities and a new tanker truck bay will begin in the Fall of 2015. Construction should take about a year and will provide new educational experiences for student workers and make the most of the cheese its byproducts produced at the creamery.
