Brook Leguineche is the newest member of the School of Food Science and Idaho TechHelp. Brook has accepted the new Extension Dairy Processing Specialist position located at the UI Twin Falls Extension Center on the College of Southern Idaho campus.
In her new role with the School of Food Science and TechHelp, her primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to dairy and food processors, predominantly in Southern Idaho, to improve product quality, productivity and global competitiveness.
She started with the school in mid-January 2014 and is getting settled in to her new position. We will share more about her work in an upcoming newsletter.
