Undergraduate Helps Develop New Ice Cream Flavor

Undergraduate Lauren Celmer took on the Tree Top Product Development competition and traveled to the IDFA Ice Cream Technology Conference in Florida last week to compete in their Most Innovative Prototype ice cream flavor competition. Her Blackberry Streusel Ice Cream took 4th place in the national competition. Good work to this team of one student, some representatives from Tree Top and professional ice cream makers at the WSU Creamery!
