Creamery Employee is Recognized for His Cheese Knowledge

Nial Yager, WSU Creamery employee was recently named a Certified Cheese Professional™ by the American Cheese Society (ACS). He is now a member of the inaugural class of ACS CCPs™ who have successfully demonstrated their cheese knowledge and skills by passing the rigorous Certified Cheese Professional™ Exam in North Carolina last month.
