IFT’s Biotechnology Division Graduate Student Paper Competition

Ali Abghari and Maria Rosales Soto are among the finalists for the IFT’s Biotechnology Division Graduate Student Paper Competition. Ali’s paper is entitled “Enzymatic Production of Galactooligosaccharide and its purification by ethanol precipitation method.” Maria’s paper is on “Lactobacillus plantarum fermentation of protein enhanced cassava flour.”
