Dr. Boon Chew has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of American Journal of Advanced Food Science and Technology.

American Journal of Food Science and TechnologyThe American Journal of Advanced Food Science and Technology publishes reviews and research articles on a variety of topics pertaining to food science and engineering including – but not limited to – food safety, sensory, properties, nutrition, measurement, instrumentation, quality control, processing, marketing, analysis, new theory, and technology.
