SFS Faculty Appointed Editor-in-Chief
Dr. Boon Chew has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of American Journal of Advanced Food Science and Technology.
The American Journal of Advanced Food Science and Technology publishes reviews and research articles on a variety of topics pertaining to food science and engineering including – but not limited to – food safety, sensory, properties, nutrition, measurement, instrumentation, quality control, processing, marketing, analysis, new theory, and technology.
