Groundbreaking E. coli Research Funded

UI research scientist Haiqing Sheng has received a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant to combat enteropathogenic E. coli bacteria that kills hundreds of thousands of children worldwide every year. Read more about his research here. Dr. Sheng works with faculty members Dr. Carolyn Bohach and Dr. Scott Minnich.
